#7- Take a pic of yourself now and good progress tips and reward yourself when you make progress! This is one thing i regret not doing, (i avoided cameras bc of my shame and denial) So it's hard to find any body shots of before :#8- Cruise SP recipes there are so many amazing recipes!! Also in the stores, i love to try diff lean cuisines and their cookie ice cream dessert is FAB! Also when i need ice cream..i have ae container of frozen fat free cool whip! And always measure it ;) (low cal..20 for 2 tbsp) #9- Don't avoid the scale, but have a healthy relationship with it. I weigh myself every morning but some people can't handle it. For me, it motivates me..but don't ever beat yourself up about that number. If you think you may then stick to a weekly weigh in.

Hey girl! First off welcome to SP :D I'm about to make a looong comment but i'd love to give ya as much advice as possible. Please keep in mind that some people may disagree or have something to add to what i say and it may not necessarily fit for everyone. But this is what worked for me!... #1- NO pop/sweet tea. I subsituted diet pop at first but nolonger drink any #2- WATER WATER WATER. Drink atleast 68oz of ice water a day. At first i added those walmart brand powdered fruit punch (0 cal) packets bc it can be a hard habit to form..but now im dying of thirst if i don't drink atlst 100 a day (tip-when i'm craving a snack i chew on ice and have a big drink of water..then 10 mins later if i'm still craving then i give in a lil..by then i usu forget) #3- WALK!! I started out walking atleast 1 mile a day and eventually startedd doing intervals of jogging..helps with plateaus #4- Calorie count! STarted 1500 then to 1200. Keep a food journal (write EVERYTHING down) and measure every single thing you eat!! I love 100 cal snacks (theres a great kettel corn one) #5- Eat the most for bkfst, a snack, a med lunch, snack then a smaller dinner (never eat after 7pm or after walking/exercising) don't skip bkfst!! #6- If you slip up, it doesn't mean you should just give up and lose control the rest of the day or week. Pick yourself back up and get back on track. (also put it in your food journal!!) *a li
