My Goals:
My goals are to retain my health and energy.

My Program:
I am being very faithful to my physical therapy program, walking 3 miles a day, and practicing yoga.

My nutritional goals are to make sure I am getting 5+ servings of fruits and veggies, staying hydrated, and cutting back on refined foods.

Stress related goals are bringing meditation back into my life, keeping a balance between work and personal life, and allowing plenty of time to play music and sing with friends.

Chris,

Great to see you back! Thanks for your encouragement on my June Goals blog today. It's nice to be on this journey with other like minded people! Together we can do what we cannot do alone.

I don't have any problem sleeping. Once my head hits the pillow, I'm out like a light. My problem is getting into bed at a decent hour. Last night, I was online with Tech Support for 2 hours trying to fix a Quicken problem. I guess I should have started the process before 10pm. That might have helped. But who thought it would take that long?
