Hi all! *waves* I'm 31, single, and have no kids--so I really don't have an excuse for being lets face it--fat. Over the years my weight has fluctuated between 150-210 pounds. I've lost and gained, lost over 40 pounds, and gained it all back. I'm starting the journey again at 200 pounds, and trying to whittle my way to 135. Cross your fingers and click your toes.

My Goals:
* Have a flat freaking stomach for once in my life even when I sit down;

* Be totally in love with myself;

* Be confident and comfortable in my own skin;

* Be able to do at least 20 push-ups in a row; and,

* Live a healthy life



My Program:
For forever I have resisted counting calories. But as of late, I've realized that in order for me to reach my weight loss goals, I'm going to have to do some things I don't necessarily want to do. So I'm trying to keep my caloric intake between 1200-1500 kcal. I'm already fairly active. I work out 5-6 times a week, but will double up (work out twice a day) 2-3 times a week.
