I am trying to eat healthy. I have cut out all of the bad food and the late night snacking. If I get hungry I eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Cucumbers usually feel me up the quickest. I drink lots of water usually more than 8 glasses. I am learning these simple things, then I will start exercising more often.
