My Program:
I am trying to eat healthy. I have cut out all of the bad food and the late night snacking. If I get hungry I eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Cucumbers usually feel me up the quickest. I drink lots of water usually more than 8 glasses. I am learning these simple things, then I will start exercising more often.

Personal Information:
My name is Trish. I am in my early 30's. I am married with 3 children. I am lucky enough to be a homemaker; and a student trying to become a teacher. I live in Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. I have not always been overweight. With each child I gained a lot of weight and it never really came off. Also, I am very secure in my marriage and well, I have let myself go to say the least.

Believe in yourself, you can do amazing things.

It was a challenging year, and feel I am ready to tackle anything now!
It's like I lost all that weight and gained it all back in the form of confidence.
