My Goals:
A minimum of 30 minutes of cardio, 6 days a week!

My Program:
I started out trying to alternate days of 30 minutes of cardio with strength training. That was a good reentry into fitness for me. Then I began the C25K program at the beginning of April, and was amazed to watch the pounds start to come off! BOOTCAMP began May 4. From that point on I have been running or bicycling 30 minutes a day (6 days a week) and doing 10 minute strength training videos daily. It has been WONDERFUL for me! Thanks SparkPeople!
