I CAN do it

I'm a 45 (soon to be 46!) year old mother of two daughters with a wonderful husband. I had managed to drop 20 pounds last year (2008) but have gained some back over the holiday's. This is my re-commitment to losing the 9 pounds I gained back plus 14 more.

My Goals:
My main goal is to just be happy with who I am no matter what. I'm a whole lot closer to that than I was a year ago.

SW = 161
CW = 150
GW = 135

I'm not looking to be skinny, I'd just like to be fit. Going past my mid-40's is a challenge all by itself!


My Program:
I do a boot camp type work out at a local gym 3 times a week. Jim at Most High sports complex works our butts off!

On other days, I do Power90x, elliptical and some light weight training.
