IT TAKES TIME
My name if Linda. I have been on SparkPeople since April, 2009. Sometime it seems the going is slow--that I should have made more progress. But I know I am moving in direct proportion to the effort I put in. I have made a couple of positive moves that I am very proud of. Joining a gym and exercising more. More importantly, going to the gym regularly and engaging a trainer for nine sessions. Also I have curbed my night eating down to almost nothing compared to almost every night. Those ...
