My Goals:
Starting off at nearly 200 pounds February 1st, I started P90X...and fell in love. My short-term goal is to reach the 150-160 mark by October which, at this rate, should be doable. Long-term goals are to keep living a healthy lifestyle, incorporate exercise everyday, and live to see my children, and eventually grandchildren, grow up.

My Program:
P90X...and the occasional "bootcamp" workouts my sister is involved in.

I started the Lean version Feb 1. The next round will be the Classic version, with maybe Power 90 tossed in for cardio in the AM.

Then...who knows? Perhaps move to P90X+ or the One-on-One series!

Personal Information:
Originally from Erie, PA, now living in Hilton Head, SC. Graduated with a BS in Secondary Education (Earth & Space Science) and now employed as a graphic designer.

Other Information:
Have several long-time injuries/weak spots that I have modified several of the P90X routines around. Anyone with a shoulder, knee or neck issue that is also thinking or doing the P90X program, and needs some advice, I'm more than willing to help...

Getting ready to hit the "X" again next week...took a week off while I was on vacation and actually lost another pound while I was away! So, Monday the 9th will be the start of my 3rd Round...and Doubles from the start!

;)

I'll post some results/pics from the end of my 2nd Round this weekend!
