Finish strong

I have made such progress since I started in 2010. I've lost weight and learned valuable lessons along the way. But now it's time to finish strong. I have to keep going. I have to reach my goal. I know I can do it- I have come so far and come too far to quit now. So it's time to refocus (hence the changes I am making to my page) and get connected to what I can be doing to keep these changes going in my life so that the weight will come off and stay off. My Goals:
-Keep my diet and exercise needs at the forefront of my mind and my plan for the day
-Run a 10K in under an hour
-Find a half marathon to start training for (YIKES!)
-Lose 25 pounds to finally get to my starting goal when I began last year. I've made it over halfway there, having lost 38 pounds so far, but I need to focus on getting to the end from where I am
-Work on being consistent... in everything


My Program:
I am using Myfitnesspal.com to track my food calorie intake and to keep track of my running workouts. I am a sporadic tracker at best but am working on it.

Personal Information:
I have three amazing children and a fabulous husband and we live in Alabama!

Thanks for more confusion . . . .just kidding!! LOL NO, I actually had thought of that as well and I'm trying to decide if I should just go without one and work my hardest and use the money for something else or go for it and pay the extra to have the chest strap included?! There's no way to confuse me more - I already do it to myself! Thanks for your info.
