Sparkspeople and friends, I feel this is a great way to make a change in my life and I would like to keep up that change for the better. I have drop in size and weight and still finding new ways to stay on coarse. I still love the Holiday's and Festival Events, so I know keeping up a better look for the future is the best way to stay the "Healthier" person I should be so, I am more than glad to be apart of a "Healthier Life" and knowing, I am still the one making that change. My Goals:
i want to better myself and my everyday life habits, be more active! Aerobics and music workouts and dancing are a few of my favorite activities, just needing a little support to give back as much i can to others. My goal for now is to loose 85 pounds for my goal of 125 pounds! Five pound more than originally thought of but a correct estimate.

My Program:
Aerobics 3x's a week with a strenghthening routine
Walk at least 30 min a day with small walks in between.
Grilling, great for for this time of the year so, grilled dinners will be my choice and a more active event, if i can add it about 3 or more times a week! fish, red potatoes and green foods! I just might throw on a chicken breast and a steak, turkey burgers and shrimp-ker-bobs! (Ha-Ha) Sparkspeople friend motivation ! will always be appreciated, charts and great articles that cover topics of interest and further research, polls, trivia and lots of groups!

Personal Information:
i need to loose weight! but to share some of the things I favor in my life would be life it's self of coarse and what life has to offer such as, great fun and friendships... "I love nature", especially this time of the season, the beginning of the fall! It will help my cardio work out worth while not to mention the leaves and natural beauty of it all is comforting enough to shake off a few extra pounds! O: ) i love natural crafts, sewing if I can get the sewing machine back to working! Recipes for all occasions, enjoying life, the season, seasonal holidays, today and new friends .

Other Information:
I would love to be able to share a few recipes of my own!
I just add 2 cookbooks! One for all Sparkspeople recipes and one for my recipes....

Hey! How's it going? I had a pretty lazy day. I need to clean my entire apartment because we have a walk-through coming up before our move. I'm also getting my invisaline braces off next week, which is exciting.

Did you need help with the calorie calculator? : )
