    I'm really impressed & inspired with your story. My SP journey began 3 years ago this month. I lost 29 pounds & got a little below my goal weight. I ran 5Ks, 10Ks, 4 half marathons & 2 sprint triathlons. But, after hitting goal weight I stopped tracking. And had some injuries. And the weight started coming back on.

    I just hit a mental "reset" 9 days ago & lost 2.5 lbs the first week. I WILL get back to my goal weight. And I will see a foot specialist so I can run again. Right now, I'm concentrating on cycling & strength training. And swimming some laps!

    I love to see that you have been faithful for 4 years! I can do it, too! And your philosophy of eating right 90% of the time so you can have some treats 10%... that's where I need to be when I get back to my goal weight.

    Thanks for sharing your story in pictures & words. You continue to inspire as you continue to share!

    I just kinda try to take breaks from different stuff bounce back and forth. That way it's fresh when I go back to it. I get sick of doing anything too much, I need a lot of variety. I'd say we are both doing pretty amazing with where we came from!

    That is awesome! Do you think you will join a marathon running group in your area to train for the full? I met such cool people in my group. I ran with a woman that does ultras all the time(100 miles even), a 63 yr old woman who has been doing marathons since the year I was born. A police detective, a girl with albinism who actually just made the paper, she is up to like 4 marathons now. The neat thing about people who run marathons are they generally have a purpose and a story which is so fun to listen to for hours on end lol
