    Love the comment on my blog! I think we have jacked with our food source so much that many people are healthiest going back to basics, just like you are doing. I'd almost bet money your issues wouldn't have happened if food was the way God created it to be.

    Thank you for the comment on my blog! I agree totally. That's why I put at the beginning that we should eat a wide variety of foods all the time. I don't think a steady diet of wheat (or anything) is good, but I don't think eliminating it is necessary, either.

    As I told the girls at work, some things about me have stayed the same since losing 180 plus pounds, like I am just as sarcastic as I've always been... but other than those few personality characteristics, it's all different. It's a whole a new world and I am a much stronger person in this world. . It's good to have pictures to remind us of where we started and where we NEVER want to go back to.
