I'm a mother of 2 children, a 4 year old boy and a 1 year old girl, i've always wanted to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight since i got my baby boy, but i always get caught in a million things and find a million excuses to drop my plans.
But this time is going to be different, i'm determined to lose my extra 70 lbs and be a healthy mom for my kids.

This month i'm planning to keep doing my Rocking Body videos, i love that Shaun T makes me sweat like crazy, i got 2 more weeks with this workout and then i'll start with Core Rythms (let's see how i do with this one)

1. Weight 135lb by nov 21/2009

2. Wear a size 12 (done 09/20/09) yeeeeee

3. Drink at least 6 cups of water a day (i'm not a water friend)

4. Incorporate more veggies into my meals

My Program:
i do cardio 30 minutos 6 times a week mostly hip hop abs and turbo jam and strength training 3 times per week

thanks for the compliment!!! what am i doing as in how am i losing weight?

well i just try and work out a lot haha... i keep a spreadsheet and try to stick to it... watch what i eat...

you're not too far from your goal! keep up the good work :)

First I'd like to apologize that no one answered your post. If you're referring to the 2-day fast shake, I tried it and it wasn't worth it. One, I didn't lose any weight and two, I didn't have enough energy to workout. As far as their vitamins, I've never tried them.

I just made a new post in the Nutrition & Supplements Forum about protein powder supplements that I use.
