I'm a mother of 2 children, a 4 year old boy and a 1 year old girl, i've always wanted to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight since i got my baby boy, but i always get caught in a million things and find a million excuses to drop my plans.
But this time is going to be different, i'm determined to lose my extra 70 lbs and be a healthy mom for my kids.

This month i'm planning to keep doing my Rocking Body videos, i love that Shaun T makes me sweat like crazy, i got 2 more weeks with this workout and then i'll start with Core Rythms (let's see how i do with this one)

1. Weight 135lb by nov 21/2009

2. Wear a size 12 (done 09/20/09) yeeeeee

3. Drink at least 6 cups of water a day (i'm not a water friend)

4. Incorporate more veggies into my meals

My Program:
i do cardio 30 minutos 6 times a week mostly hip hop abs and turbo jam and strength training 3 times per week

I am also doing PiYo and I love it! Monday I will start week 5. The moves are difficult till you get use to doing them. I wish you luck and keep going!

Looking good, keep at it. I've not tried any of those beachbody workouts but with the results I'm hearing about from other sparkers I might have to dig in a little more to those programs.

Hi there!! YES Les Mills is totally worth it!! I cant get enough of it! Im on day 55 and its still amazing! I thought it started a little slow, but I kept with the program as written and in the first 30 days I lost 9.5 in!! CLX and Les Mills Pump are two differnt programs , they are both great, but I personlly needed something different and this was it for SURE!! Thanks so much! Actually, it's my 17 year old daughter that is in Belgium and my 12 year old daughter who is autistic. BUT, I can tell you that she surprises me ALL THE TIME. She is growing up and maturing, and I'm so proud of her. She is doing a lot of things that I didn't ever envision her doing when she was younger. So yes, hope big for your child! emoticon
