Fitness Minutes: 420

My Goals:
-Lose 100+ pounds and get to 150-160 pounds
-Be more energetic
-Be healthy
-Look and feel good
-Be the first American Ninja Warrior (we can dream, right?)

My Program:
-Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio 6x a week.
-Cardio includes: DDR(Dance Dance Revolution), Just Dance, Free Dancing, and Cardio Boxing
-Nutrition: Currently eating 2000 calories a day, and aiming for 80+ grams of protein per day. Goal is to get a significant amount of protein in every meal.
-Eating plan: Eat 3 main meals with 2 snacks in between.

Other Information:
I'm into a lot of things like anime, gaming, reading, etc. What I'm doing at a given time changes, but as of now, I've been keeping up with Game of Thrones and American Ninja Warrior. If you're a GoT or ANW fan, let's talk! If not, let's talk anyway! =D
