I am approaching the late 40's mark and keeping in shape is getting harder and harder. I had a TIA (ministroke) at 46 years old in 2012. Maintaining weight and staying in shape is even more important now than it ever was . I have to lose some weight And continue to lead a more healthy lifestyle
I have a fitness center in my office building, but need to have other ways to keep in shape and movitate, without costing an arm an leg. Going to try to complete the Spring into Shape Bootcamp starting tomorrow. Zumba once a week, along with my current cardio and strength workouts at the Center.
