Reading some blogs and other articles recently - my head is not sure how or what to do next in terms of "setting goals"...

But maybe...

Getting more focused on doing (or re-doing) those activities back into my life??

My Goals:
I've never really been at a "normal" weight for my age. It's difficult to "picture" what I would actually look like when I reach goal. More importantly is how will I feel about myself when I reach goal? Will it frighten me? I know I will feel better. There was a brief time in high school where I lost 30 pounds and was pretty close to goal weight but still 15-20 pounds over what the "chart guessers" thought. Yet I remember how energetic I felt, how awesome it felt to try on smaller pants, guessing at size, only to discover that they also were TOO BIG, and going down to a smaller size. Really cool. So I want that feeling again.

I've see various relatives struggling in their 70's and 80's because they made poor choices in their diet, didn't exercise, and they are having an awful time. Yet, I do see some friends in their 80's and 90's who are really ROCKIN', in great health, energetic, and I want to be that way when I'm in my 80's or 90

My Program:
Well, so far, the program is to just get this set up and figure out what is what, decide what to do, get some sleep, GET OFF THE INTERNET (including the wonderfully fun websites like this one!), and get some SLEEP!

EAT VEGGIES! I love them, but why won't I stop and prepare them for myself?



Do 15 minutes of DeCluttering 4-6 days a week (FlyLady!)

Okay, I'm not done with this list now. But I'm giving myself permission to stop here and revisit it later. It shouldn't go away anytime soon, as long as SparkGuy has enough squirrels running on the electric generators to keep powering the computers holding all of the SparkPeople pages!!

Then I can update this later with more profound coherent goals.

Onesies for adults are a big thing in the UK. They are more popular with women than with men, but men do wear them. Mine came from Amazon I think.

Oh my, I wish I was in Florida for a week and visiting Disney World LOL! Sorry if I confused you and made it look like that. I spent 8 days in Florida at the beach, no Disney World sadly. I was off for 30 days from work... and I live about an hour away from Disneyland so I went 3 times during that time frame. The biggest issue was I ate like I was on vacation when I was at home.... which techinically I was on vacation from work but I could have done better, oopsies! I'm ready to get things moving again though, thanks for the support!
