At my "best" - which had nothing to do with my weight, I was "confident and intimidating" (or so I'm told). I have lost that about myself and I desire so badly to get it back. I want to act, feel and look like ME again!
-Stay under 1500 calories every day.
-45-60 minutes of ZUMBA in 5 times per week.
-Track and log my food/calories/fitness every day.
Mini Bio: lol I am a joyful child of God. I'm originally from Fort Worth TX, but moved to Emory in September of '10. Attended a small Christian school in Aledo where I graduated highschool. Worked for one of the largest Financial Planning companies in the US. I worked in client service, marketing and event planning for 9 years until I had the privilege of getting to be a stay at home mom.
