Looks like you are right on track. I am really happy that you were able to take the control and get it done.
I battled all my life with food addiction. Whining, crying, avoiding people, etc. It was a part of my life that I hated but I could never seem to gain control of my food cravings--which unfortunately EVERYBODY knew, because I was so fat. I still hate that part of my fabric. I have learned to appreciate how far I've come and that I am going to do everything I can to not let that food demon take up residence in my house again.
Being able to gain control is a beautiful thing (just like the commercial. lol) Being as young as you are, being a healthy weight is a benifit that will reward you (and your family) for years to come.
