Hi Proud Husker, know what you mean by late eating, I could go all day without eating and it didn't bother me, but come the night time I could just keep grazing till my hearts content. I rationalized this by saying I didn't eat all day, but the scales don't lie. Joined Spark People in late March, and now I have changed my eating habits have 3 meals a day and even a snack at night!!
