Growing old gracefully!

I'm 49 and from northern CA. I was diagnosed as obese in 2003 and a tenth of a point away from being a diabetic. I'm currently at a healthy BMI and not a diabetic! This site has a lot of great ideas and support. I've met many new friends here. I love the common goals! I am now able to keep up with my 5 grandchildren and I plan on staying this way! So, I'm maintaining!

My Program:
I''m watching what I''m eating and exercising a minimum of 3x a week. I'm adding strength training to my routine 2x a week. I'm taking quiet time to reflect 1x daily. I'm adding to my savings acct monthly. I plan on researching where we will retire! I plan on continuing to learn new things & step outside my comfort zone for personal growth!

Can you believe we are almost in the middle of March and we are back on Daylight Savings Time?? 2014 seems like it's just flying by! I hope you have a great week and reach all your goals.
