1st Goal - 5% = 19lbs Show up everyday I am kid-less to the gym for the next 3 months. Also, my goal is to progress slow enough I don't injure myself. So far 2.7 on the treadmill is as fast as I will good. I did do 3.0 for the duration of one of my favorite songs. That was fun for an interval!
Goal 2 - 10% - 37 lbs Goal 3 - 15% - 55 lbs
At the very least, 30 minutes of exercise a day.
