My Goals:
1st Goal - 5% = 19lbs
So far 2.7 on the treadmill is as fast as I will go. I did do 3.0 for the duration of one of my favorite songs. That was fun for an interval!

Goal 2 - 10% - 37 lbs Goal Met August 2015

I'm using 3.0 as a walking standard, 3.5 for prosperity. I'm pushing myself with 1 minute at 5.0mph. I've started using the C25K app and I'm getting my 5k in 52:48 as of, August 19, 2015.

Goal 3 - 15% - 55 lbs
Goal 4 - 20% - 74 lbs
Goal 5 - 25% - 92 lbs
Goal 6 - 30% -111lbs
Goal 7 - 35% 129lbs
Goal 8 - 40% 148lbs
Goal 9 - 45% 166lbs
Goal 10 50% 185lbs



My Program:
10,000 Steps daily. Usually spend a hour at the gym doing cardio and stretching. I'm just starting to lift weights again.

I'm tracking what I eat using the SparkPeople App for Android. Love it!

Hmmm, I work out hard and I vary "what" I do....buuuuuuuuut, I have never set specific monthly fitness goals. Thanks for getting me thinking and nudging me to ponder new possibilities! Love that you have me thinking, I will definitely let you know what I come up with. Bad laptop, hope it behaves... emoticon emoticon

Rest days are crucial, give your bod a break so you can work out hard tomorrow...best way to avoid an injury!

Hi! thanks for your comments on my blog recently. My body pump class is a weight lifting class, lots or repetitions, squats, lunges (which I despise) etc. I really enjoy it, (except for the lunges) you do what you can, if you can't use weights, you just do your body weight. I have going since March.
