Rocking it like a cardio BEAST!
In the past year I gained 110 pounds. What lit the fire under my rump is the scale told me I weighed 360 pounds. Now is the time for me to get myself back with NO EXCUSES! My YMCA family has always been some of my greatest supporters. Getting my exercise in first thing in the morning sets the pace for an amazing day, not to mention how happy it makes me with myself. Here I go to make myself better. We can do this!
