Journey to Healthiness

After what seemed like endless excuses, self pitty, self loathing and denial, I've decided it's time. I've made myself feel amazing before and I am going to do it again. My body is to the point of having aches and pains I have only because of my weight. I have a terrible relationship with food.

Food has been my comforter and friend through the worst of times. When I'm unlovable, I still have food! It's time to change my way of thinking. My head needs reprogrammed about the WHAT, ...

Food has been my comforter and friend through the worst of times. When I'm unlovable, I still have food! It's time to change my way of thinking. My head needs reprogrammed about the WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY and HOW of food.

I am getting healthy with 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Anything else is bonus. I'm lucky to be in a position where I can work on myself, as a priority.

My Goals:
1st Goal - 5% = 19lbs
Show up everyday I am kid-less to the gym for the next 3 months. Also, my goal is to progress slow enough I don't injure myself. So far 2.7 on the treadmill is as fast as I will good. I did do 3.0 for the duration of one of my favorite songs. That was fun for an interval!

Goal 2 - 10% - 37 lbs
Goal 3 - 15% - 55 lbs


My Program:
At the very least, 30 minutes of exercise a day.
