6 months has gone and only 3 months, 10days until my son's wedding. I have lost 5% of my body weight so now I am aiming for another 5% lost by the wedding. I would like to lose another dress size before the 10th October, 2014.

From one Christina to another, emoticon I just joined Taming the Sweet Tooth and saw your introduction. One of my favorite personal excuses is "it's my families fault"! Not that it isn't the truth when I come from a long line of overweight fantastic cooks with the "finish what's on your plate" mentality and a serious fascination with ice cream. My mom used to yell at us (my dad and me) if we touched her ice cream (which explains why I hide ice cream from my husband now) But anyways, good luck on conquering the craving!
