My Goals:
I would like to get to the highest levels possible on Jillian Micheals 'Yoga Meltdown', '6 week 6 pack', 'killer buns and thighs', 'extreme shred and shed' and ... um. i think it's called 'fast kickboxing' or something or another. I want to get to 155 lbs and loose my belly and thighs.

My Program:
Exercise a few times a week, not eating out, and eating healthier in general.
