A pound or two to shed, you too?

I love hiking, walking, dancing, jogging (when motivated :), step aerobics. If I have good company, I'll do just about anything exercise wise.

I've been working out consistently. Would be great to have a walking buddy to see weekly. I presently weigh 190, would like to get to 160.

I like watching unusual movies, having deep conversations, and have a pretty wild sense of humor. Also am someone that communicates well, and can ask for help, or tell you what I need. My ...
