My Goals:
Lose 50 lbs. Get to the middle of my normal weight range. Be healthy and happy. Have more energy.
My Program:
Eat 1250-1550 Cal. a day. My fitness challenges: Daily dog walk of at least 30 minutes Biking!!! 50 miles a week minimum. Lots of hills around here! When not biking: 30 min strength exercises 3x/ week Spring into Shape Bootcamp (done 5/26/12) SP 28-day Bootcamp video (done 6/30/12)
