Prof Bob's Spark Page
I'm a busy teacher at both the high school and college levels. I've been doing it quite awhile now, so it's my passion. Unfortunately, the job carries its drawbacks, not the least of which is a ton of stress, mental fatigue and, you guessed it, resulting weight gain! I'm on SP to do something about it! I love reading, listening to music, cycling, playing pool and occasionally, going to the symphony, ballet and/or theater.

My Goals:
-Lose 28 pounds in 4-6 months; -Get consistent in the gym; -Be consistent in eating habits -Journal more frequently
My Program:
-Strength program three times per week: Barbells on Monday; Dumbbells on Wednesday; and both on Friday with super-sets. Strength is nine exercises, 2 sets, no breaks between exercises. -Cardio is brisk walking twice per week and an easy bike ride on Sunday.
