My Goals:
My goal is to get healthier. Stay physcially active, and mentally allert.

My Program:
I go to T.O.P.S. meetings weekly. Check in on Sparks daily, Log all foods eaten and log my excercises or daily walks.

Other Information:
my favorite movie is Arsenic and old lace. I enjoy reading in the winter, I like the cat who series and the Midford series. I enjoy walking and bike riding as often as the weather permits.
