Hey Im Amy. I have been married 8 years and we have 4 kids. I love food and if I don't watch what I eat I gain very easily. I sometimes think I am too hard on myself but then I also think I need to be. My husband is a little taller then me and weighs 120 so if I gain I feel horrible because he is thin. He also can eat whatever and not gain an ounce. I keep telling him it will cathc up with him.

Other Information:
Watching The Biggest Loser has really inspired me and also given me healpful info I didn't know. It made me want to work evn harder. I can't believe what I have accomplished. I couldn't have done it on my own without SparkPeople!
