Achieving and maintaining a healthier weight!
I am a single mom and am an 'empty' nester. I am the overjoyed grandmother to Ronan, who is now 3 years old. My son David is his proud Daddy and live they live in London, Ontario. My daughters are Sarah and Emily and both live in Toronto.
I work full-time at a small community hospital about a half hour drive away. I have Sarah's cat Kim with me - it has been one of those temporary situations that is approaching permanence! Kim and I don't mind!

I live in a small town in south eastern Ontario. I am divorced. I have three delightful children who are now grown and on their own. Sarah and David are both working and Emily is going back to college.....

I love to read....some of my favourite authors are Iris Johansen, David Baldacci, Kathy Reichs, Patricia Cornwell, Robert Ludlum - actually can't possibly list them all!!
I also love movies - too many favourites to list!
