Trying Again
I started sparkpeople last year and gave up after a few months. After gaining 10+ lbs, seeing lab reports from my last health check-up, and feeling my "loose" pants becoming my tight pants, I know it's time to change.

My Program:
I'm using the food tracker to stay on my caloric intake track. I'm also calculating all of my physical exercise. I've set up mini-goals and rewards for when I achieve any of them.
