I am at my highest weight ever and I feel dreadful. I live daily with chronic pain and find it very hard to exercise at times. Guess I've all but given up. However, all is not lost since I am here. I'll give it one more try, I'll set goals, maybe 2 pound loss a week to start. I'll walk when I can and in December I want to join aqua size. I need to start somewhere, so with help I'll start here.
