Fitness Journey

My goal is to live a healthy & fit lifestyle. In the process, I'd like to have fun, shed a few pounds, and tone! I enjoy endurance sports and look forward to many more running events, triathlons, & adventure races. Who knows, maybe someday I'll do a marathon and ultimately an Ironman!!

Thanks for taking the time to look at my tracker and give advice. I don't buy protein powder as it is too expensive and I believe it's whey or cassien (?) based and I am not eating dairy as it upsets my stomach. I'll see how much egg whites are.

What can I add to the cornmeal waffles to make it better? I thought of fruit. I can't think of any protein that would go with it, I need to go grocery shopping again. I know you said no carbs for supper, but it's something we were planning on eating, so I want to still make it. I will watch my portion size.

Hi Love yur princess picture! LOL I was at the castle for dinner over Memorial day and had my picture with snow white and a bunch of others too lol, on my FB page.

This whole process is crazy and totally new to me. Just jumped in and had no idea what the heck I was committing to.

But here I am. Camp at Daytona is supposedly fun. I started online only and have not done camp yet. I plan on going to a private one, which is during the week whenever you want and can be scheduled.

Other times are posted on the bombshell fitness page. They have them all the time and sometimes in other cities. I will go probably around November, but more private because I am not fond of being there with 20-30 others. Not into the sorority feel of that, but others love it lol.

I want serious attention on me and my posing and serious time versus hanging out and being social with everyone. Will let the younger girls do that lol.

But it teaches you proper workouts, posing, picking suit and colors and assessment of what you should be doing.
