Hey my name is Laporscha im 23 years old 5'5 at 155.5 and im back to lose weight and tone up, feb 2010 i came here at 176 and my goal was to get down to 135 and i did by July 2010 I was happy but not as happy as i thought i would be because i didnt have the shape of my dreams due to the fact i didnt do much weight training but i maintained my weight with exercise and counting calories then i started working more and started slacking early 2013 thats when i hit the 150's again im upset because ...

My Program:
workout atleast 5 days a week 7 if i can every workout burn more then 500 calories i use my polar watch ft4 to calculate my calories it comes with a heartrate monitor thats straps under my chest so its accurate i do leslie sansone faithfully check her out shes great i do strength training and dance also and sometimes parks and treadmils and exc in the gym it depends on the day :)

Hey! :) Missed you too! I've been doing alright. Im pretty much at my goal weight now and am just working on toning up. Operatipn bigger booty and flat tummy are in full effect lol. How've you been??
