Getting back on the wagon...

I'll be honest, I hate the Sparkpeople food tracker. It's made me feel badly about choices I felt were good, like some of my favorite breakfast oatmeal dishes (flax, oats, almonds, and a little honey oh my!). The points keep me coming back though.
