Daily Goal- Follow meal plan and workout plan
Weekly Goal- Lose 1 to 2 lbs.
Monthly Goal- Have clothes fit better than the month before
Ultimate Goal- 145lbs or my "Perfect for me" weight!

My Program:
Trying my best to eat clean!! Alternating High carb/cal and Low carb/cal days. 2 low one high with Saturday off

Dance Class 2x week
Thinking about either boot camp or a trainer

Girl let me tell you the Jillian Michaels DVD is no walk in the park!!! It is tough! But when you are finished...the feeling is amazing! You will be extremly sweaty! I love it, I try to do it once or twice a week! Let me know when you do it how you like it!! Have a great day!

Hey there! Saw you were new in the 20 somethings team! I have been on Spark since Jan 20, 2010 and have lost 30 lbs! You will love this site. Welcome to SP and thx so much for the comment. I do hope to be surprised with weight loss from the changes but I won't be worried if I don't. I'm trying something new, which is to be focus on the small successes and not worry about the rest as I have so much to change it's going to be a long journey. I'm trying to focus on the journey, not the destination from now on.
