I joined SP almost 2 years ago. At first I was all excited-ready to go! Then I went through a bad depression that sent me spiraling down hill fast. This "episode" lasted several months. I never gave up my account and was amazed when I decided one night to log in...I had numerous messages from fellow members. All encouraging ones of course! I got back on track, grabbed a good friend and off we went! We ended up walking daily 3 miles, gave up soda and lost over 20 pounds. Now its 2011 and we joined a gym w/perk benefits like tanning and massage chairs included! Today, since I first joined I have lost around 50 pounds. My goal is another 50!

My Goals:
Goal: to lose 50 lbs by next year and maintain an ideal weight.
Goal: to strengthen and build body muscles
Goal: to be firm all over, but mostly my legs, stomach ad thighs


My Program:
I AM WALKING AVERAGE 2.5 MILES DAILY PLUS TREADMILL 1.5-2.5 MILES 5X'S WEEK/CYCLING IN PLACE 3 MILES 5X'S WEEK. T/TH/SAT I CONCENTRATE ON STRENGTH TRAINING AND HAVE 16 MACHINES I USE PLUS I DO CRUNCHES 5 X'S WEEK. AEROBICS AT HOME(15-30 MINUTES) 3X'S WEEK.



Personal Information:
I live in hamilton ohio and a mother of 7. Now that I just turned 40, I am committed to reshaping both my body and mind to live "fit" from here on out! my goal is to lose 70-80 pounds. I have lost 12 so far(6 weeks). adapting to a "healthy lifestyle" has been easier than I first thought!


Other Information:
I HAVE FOUND ALOT OF USEFUL INFO PROVIDED BY SPARK PEOPLE AS WELL AS BOOKS PURCHASED AT LOCAL THRIFT STORES. I KEEP A NOTEBOOK HANDY AND JOT DOWN INFO ALOT TO REVISIT. VITAMINS AND VITAMIN WATER DAILY ARE A MUST FOR ME 2 MAKE UP 4 ANYTHING I AM LACKING.
