Just stopped by to see how you are doing. I am back on track and working to stay that way through the stressful holidays.

My goal is to lose 8 lbs. by Jan. 1st, 2013. I am working out 4 days a week and eating within my calorie range. I am eating more fruits and veggies and cut way back on sugar and simple carbs.

When I get stressed out, I remind myself that binging on comfort foods will never fill me up inside. I may think I feel better for a short time but, in the end, I will never be satisfied and then I will regret what I did.

I have found that eating more vegetables and drinking my water has helped reduce my sugar cravings. WooHoo!

The past is the past...it is time to move forward. We CAN do this!

Thanks for stopping by my Sparkpage and welcoming me back. I am doing pretty well. I am taking small steps to get back on my program. I am thinking about what I eat and tracking calories again. Still making some mistakes but, doing much better than before and eating more veggies again.

Had a good workout tonight. Need to get back to working out everyday. Depression keeps me from doing what I need to do but, I am hoping that once I get going, I can kick this depression aside again.

I am starting to feel hopeful again and slowly building confidence that I can start losing weight again. Slow and steady wins the race.
