Fall down 7 times, get up 8. Life will always throw us challenges - how we handle them is what counts. I'm not happy with the way I look or feel and I'm the only one who can change it! I won't stop trying until I get it right again.

Less talking / more walking (and lifting and dancing).

I would love to lose 5% or more doing challenges. For the fall challenges I'm focusing on food and water for the first month then exercise consistency after that.

I am enjoying the 5% challenge already. emoticon

My recipe for success is:
1. Keep my calories between 1200-1500. 50/30/20 carbs, fats, protein. 1500 mg max salt. 30-40 grams of fiber.
2. I track my food daily, planning and tracking first thing in the morning so I know I will hit all my targets and I know what to eat when I am hungry.
3. Minimum of 500 minutes of exercise a week.
4. Stay active with my teams. The accountability is huge for me, plus I enjoy it.
5. Have fun with it!

Stinky girl I am so glad you suggested the 5% challenge to me. It has meant so much to be on a team with some comptetion.

I joined the 5% challenge to get my oomph back. To lose some back. And to have some friendly competition!!! Lets kick booty this fall challenge what say you???

I'm doing the fall challenge because I want to lose 5% for our upcoming trips. I want to feel better and fit nicely into the smaller sizes in my closet. My number one reason for eating better and exercising is always to become healthier. My newest reason is to be a healthier grandmother to our future grandchildren, with the first one due in March.
