I'm done with constantly falling off the wagon, it's time I seize the day! This time around I'm ready for a lifestyle change while doing things the healthy way. I'm tired of bouncing between feeling sorry for myself and avoiding my problem of being overweight.

Last time I went shopping and tried on clothes in the dressing room I had a breakdown. NOTHING fit and I looked awful. I felt terrible and so I went home and ate. ATE! That's when I knew I had to stop feeling sorry for myself and stop feeling jealous of others and DO something about it!

So I'm being proactive. I know it's not going to be a quick fix. I know it's not going to be easy. But it will be SO worth it to feel like myself again. I'll finally have a reason to do all the things I've always wanted to try, and feel good about myself when doing them.

This isn't just about dieting; I want to learn how to adapt a lifestyle change - one that includes diet AND exercise.
I also need to remember that no one is perfect, and I'm sure there will be bad days, but as long as they are outweighed by good days then it's okay! :)
