Going Primal
Just living clean & eating a primal diet. In order I eat mostly fats, protein, veggies, nuts and fruit. I eat very small amounts of grains in the form of white rice only maybe 1 to 2 times a week. My carbs are generally 0 to 100 depending on the day. I avoid all sugar that I can and any gluten as well. I love eating primal! I enjoy the fatty parts of meat, skin on the chicken leg, good organic wholesome veggies, organic fruits and nuts as well! I am getting over systemic ...

I am getting over systemic candida right now and hope to be able to add back in good unpasturized kefir or greek yogurt soon!
