Thank you for the link to the site regarding scale obsession. Trying to stay away from it. I am down to only checking twice per week instead of every day. I have been lowering my exercise (not by choice but scheduling) and eating some raunchy stuff and it didn't move. So I must be doing something right!!
I made those coconut pancakes this morning and they were a BIG hit. My puppy stole the last one off the table :( (bad puppy). Definitely going to make more for a breakfast staple to defrost and eat on the run.
Also, thank you for your kind response a little while back about my loneliness and boredom. Would be great to have someone to craft with!!!
I bought all the stuff for the Not-Meal. However, had to go out and buy a new food chopper. I guess mine broke a while ago and forgot. Going to substitute almond for walnuts and vanilla almond milk for the plain. I will let you know how it goes. Will do some of the prep or make it tonight and reheat tomorrow.
Thank you for adding me as a friend :). I just wrote out the recipe for the Not-Meal. Sounds yummy! I will make it this weekend I am sure but without the walnuts. They burn my tongue. I think I am allergic to them. Off to cook supper. The natives are restless.
