My Goals:
I would like to lose between 50-70 pounds and I realize that doesn't happen overnight. I would love to get down to 170 and on Monday 6/18/12 I weighed 216....
My Program:
I am currently doing a 30 day Clean Slate Challenge where you eat 5 small meals a day, including a Shakeology meal replacement as 1 of the meals. Along with that exercise 4x a week for at least 20 minutes. My neighbor and I are currently doing C25K it's a slow and steady process.
Personal Information:
I'm from the Bradenton/Sarasota area in Florida. I've lived here a majority of my live and have been married for 6 years. We have 4 children, Kameron is 8, Faith is 5, Austin is 3, Logan is 20 months old
Other Information:
I love Harry Potter and finally finished reading the last two books!
I've also become a Twilight fan! LOVED all the books!!!
LOVE Hunger Games as well!
