My Goals:
I would like to get to where I can run 2 miles easily.
Loose 50 lbls

My Program:
My program includes changing my eating habits, by fixing lighter meals and eating appropriate portions.

My program also includes at least 45 min of cardio work (which includes walking and running) and a light weights work out for toning.

Personal Information:
I live in Gilroy, CA. I have 3 children (27, 25, & 12) and two dogs.
