I want to get my blood pressure down to 120/70 by losing 40 to 50 pounds. I don't really have a goal weight, but my goal size is 5/6. I am more into losing inches than pounds because it shows better in my clothes. I also have read that muscle weighs more than fat.
I work out 4 or 5 days a week, usually on my lunch break. I usually drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and I eat a lot healthier. Since I am currently on maternity leave, I will have to work something out until I can get back on schedule.
I am a North Carolina native with four daughters, one of which was recently born this year (2010). I am very busy and barely have time to eat right or workout so I have to make time at work. I have been married for 11 years and love it.
