One day at a time
Im new to this website... I saw the link on a comment on someones blog. I checked it out, out of curiosity, and was really motivated to start making better decisions. Hopefully, I will learn to start making better choices that will not only help me to lose some unwanted weight, but start living a healthier lifestyle. :)
