I say go for the Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred! If you have to, stay on a level for more than 10 days, and work your way up when you think you are able. It is intense, but it's only 20 mins! Everything is broken up into little pieces, so you're not working the same muscles constantly the entire time.
If I can do it, even with chasing a 2yo, and still getting up at night with a 9mo, I'm sure anyone can!
