My goal is to lose 85 pounds. I am not in a race here. the funny thing is...I don't really have a problem losing weight once i put my mind to it. I just have trouble staying there. My weight has been a rollercoaster ride, my whole life.
I am using Weight Watchers currently, and tracking all food on here as well. I'd like to try the menu plans on this site. For fitness, I am back on the treadmill. (I love walking) I'd like to find a local yoga class to join.
I say go for the Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred! If you have to, stay on a level for more than 10 days, and work your way up when you think you are able. It is intense, but it's only 20 mins! Everything is broken up into little pieces, so you're not working the same muscles constantly the entire time.
If I can do it, even with chasing a 2yo, and still getting up at night with a 9mo, I'm sure anyone can!
