My goal is to loose 60 pounds. I'm not making this a diet im making this is a lifestyle change. I will work hard to become healthier everyday. Im very lost right now but with time i hope to improve in every aspect of my life. xoxo
i have stop drinking coke and drink more H2O. i started excercising on Tues Feb 16 for 45 minutes a day. And most of all I have started thinking different. Every little thing counts its better than doing nothing Right?
